The new Poundworld Andover opens tomorrow – Thursday 26th March – at 10.00am with Minion characters appearing from 26th to 29th March.
Plans for the store opening were announced back in April last year with an initial expected opening in Autumn however the work to turn four individual shop units into one took time to complete.
The family-owned Yorkshire-based company was launched in 2004 after rebranding from Everything’s a £1 and now has over 180 stores nationwide. The brand plans to open a further 200 stores in the next five years.
Poundworld currently employs a combined distribution, office and retail team of over 5,100 employees.
