Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Andover at the back of the “Club at Life” in London Street between half past midnight and 1am on Saturday.
The man – a 28-year-old local – intervened in an altercation outside the club and was subsequently hit in the mouth with a bottle. The woman who hit him is described as in her 30s with long dark hair.
