With the sudden storm hitting Andover this afternoon, Police are advising people to be careful with reports of trees down in several areas.
One tree has fallen on Pilgrims Way near River Way Tesco blocking the road and footpath.

I was driving in this on Tesco roundabout, and was hit by a branch that hit windscreen, when Igot to Algusta park it was blocked by rubbish bins every were, it was like a wurl wind.

I have never witnessed winds like that before in Andover. Half expected to see on the news that we had been hit by a tornado,
