Tangley Estate, the scene of a tragic fire in 2000 when Conservative MP Michael Colvin and his wife Nicola both died, is up for sale – for a guide of £25 – £30 million.
Purchased by property developer Harry Marriott, the original house was demolished and a new one built in 2005, it is now on the market with Knight Frank and Savills.
The property comes complete with 8 bedrooms, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a huge kitchen and 4 reception rooms. There are also 10 houses and cottages on the estate.
