River Way and Pilgrims Way are finally to be resurfaced in November after the new energy-efficient street lights are installed.
Hampshire County Council were responding to various complaints including ones by Pilgrims Way resident Peter Mather in an interview to be broadcast on Andover Breeze.

We all know that the state of the roads in and around Andover isn’t a joke Martin, however if we can’t have a laugh about the incompetence of the people that are supposed to repair them for the safty of road users, then we lead a very sheltered life and after all, we are British and do have a sense of humour, or at least some of us do.
