On Monday 16th June the contractor, Osborne ‘handed’ over keys for the completed bus station; comprising of a new bus passenger waiting area, offices for Stagecoach, Test Valley Community Services and Shopmobility and a new café.
There are a few external works yet to complete, these should be completed by the end of the coming week. The building is finished.
TVCS are now moving in and Stagecoach will be over the next few weeks. It is proposed that buses will be operational during next month.
TVBC have said that the building will be officially opened in September, the details of which are being organised and will be publicised nearer the time.
