Police are currently at the scene of an incident in the upper High Street in Andover (Friday 18th July) with the area from behind the Guildhall up cordoned off.
A Scene of Crime Officer is due however Police are not releasing any further details at present.
Anyone at the bottom end of town wanting to head towards upper High Street is advised to go up Union Street or down Waverley Court until the investigation has completed.
