A team from Test Valley Borough Council were out in the High Street earlier this morning giving the town an extra touch of colour as several items of flowering foliage were added.
Several months ago trees were added to the bottom of the High Street and the end of Bridge Street as part of the council’s Town Summit ideas.
Saw these the other day – The Nationwide ones were getting the blooms picked off them by a teen lad , part of the group hanging around the Time Circle.
How about sorting out the waterways?
I think they look superb and make a real difference to the High Street.
