Argos opened their second branch in Andover today (Friday 24th April) within Homebase at the Enham Arch Retail Park.
Both part of the Home Retail Group, the transformation of an area within Homebase to a fully functioning Argos store took just 4 weeks and now gives shoppers an extra option.
The new store is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday and then 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays and has an Ebay Collection Point.
Store manager Sarah-Jane said “It’s a convenient location for shoppers where they can purchase anything from the Argos catalogue or from the online shop. Because of the location we are also able to offer free parking and a ‘carry to car’ service as well.”
“We want to give great customer service and have shoppers leave with a big smile on their faces and want to choose us over other places to shop.”
The new store employs 15 staff and, as confirmed by Argos, an addition to their presence in Andover.
The promote the opening, from 9th April to 5th May the new store is running a free voucher offer: get a £10 voucher when you spend £50 and a £15 voucher when you spend £100 (see in store for details).
