There has been a road traffic accident on the stretch of road between the Tesco traffic lights and the Merityre roundabout. Emergency services are in attendance.
The accident appears to be near the bus stop on the Pilgrims Way side. An eye-witness said “It looks serious with the roof being cut from one car“.
