TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ORDER
Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Test Valley Borough Council in Test Valley area.
OVERVIEW: Part of the footpath between Smannell Road and Augustus Walk, Andover for sewer works.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) has made an Order for temporary closure of the footpath between Smannell Road and Augustus Walk Andover for sewer works, as follows:-
ROAD TO BE CLOSED Part of the footpath between Smannell Road and Augustus Walk, Andover
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES From the northern point of closure, east on Augustus Walk, south on Roman Way and west on Smannell Road to the southern point of closure and in the other direction.
PERIOD OF ORDER From Monday 11 August 2014 for a period of 3 months or until completion of works, whichever is sooner.
DURATION OF WORKS It is expected the closure will be from Monday 11 August 2014 until Monday 1 September 2014.
