The community festival organised by Andover Community Action Group is on until 8:00pm today at the Vigo Recreation Park.
All monies raised at the event will be donated to Papyrus, the national suicide prevention charity.
The event will have various workshops, music and an open-mic session together with a balloon release and candle memorial.
