The Dormy House
Bespoke furniture and interiors manufacturer The Dormy House has now moved in to their new fully refurbished unit on Walworth Road. They are the first new tenants of the TVBC / Kier regeneration partnership, and hopefully the start of many more.

New beginnings for plots 37 and 35
Following demolition and site clearance work in 2011, Kier are getting ready to submit plans for a new 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse on plot 37. This news comes as demolition of the former ducal unit on plot 35 is soon to commence.
