There was plenty of team spirit at the recent Be Wiser Talent programme annual Freshers party.
New members of the HeadStart, SureStart, FreshStart and KickStart programme were invited to the party at the Andover Central Club.
Be Wiser CEO Mark Bower-Dyke was there to welcome the 80 inductees and speak to them about their bright future within the thriving insurance company and the exciting journey ahead.
The evening was also a great opportunity for the new intake to meet existing Talent programme students and put names to faces as they embark on exciting projects with their new colleagues.
It was also a night of celebration with the annual Grad Awards recognizing the programmes successes. The big winners were Sophie Walters (Graduate of the Year), Andrew Millward (Grad’s Grad) and Jonathan Strachan (Karl Award for Best Student).
Following the awards there was some excellent food and a DJ so everyone could relax, let their hair down and dance the night away; well needed for the existing students after a hard year of work and study!
