Hot on the heels of the success of the first Andover Farmers’ and Crafts market, the High Street will again play host to a special event with the return of the popular small business fair on Friday 28th March from 10am to 4pm.
Back by popular demand after the success of last year’s fairs, the small business fair is an opportunity for local businesses who are situated on the outskirts of Andover or out-of-town, to gain High Street exposure and market themselves to a wider audience.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Ian Carr said: “Along with the successful pop-up shop initiative running in Bridge Street, the small business fairs are a way of encouraging local businesses to try out the High Street experience, increase their brand awareness and gain feedback from customers.”
“The event is part of a wider programme designed to breathe new life into the High Street and encourage residents and businesses to look at Andover, and all the positive things the town has to offer, in a new way.”
Local companies taking part in Friday’s business fair include Venture Security, NE Electrical Services, Your Mind Your Body, L2D Driving School and many more with several businesses offering special promotions on the day.
