If you’re about to get snappy with your secateurs or busy with your blooms, make sure you sign up for Test Valley Borough Council’s fortnightly garden waste collection service to make getting rid of cuttings, twigs, weeds and leaves a little easier!
For just £28.50 per year, residents can pop all their garden waste in a sack at the edge of their property every couple of weeks and the council’s collection teams will whisk it away.
And anyone who signs up online before 14 April 2014 will pay just £25. They’ll also be in with a chance of winning some great prizes! One lucky resident will receive £100 to spend at Andover Garden Centre and five runners-up will each receive one free garden waste subscription!
