It’s bad enough the river has risen that much near Charlton Place, behind the college, that it’s gone from trickling onto the footpath and onto the road to a small, fast running stream. Perhaps we should get minor offenders to help clean up the river of the crap that’s in there and to rebuild anything that’s in disrepair.
