Police and a fire crew were called to a resident in Rack Close in Andover yesterday afternoon (Thursday 9th October) when a group of 3 people were reported setting fire to paper in a stairwell.
The resident approached the group and following an incident at the property, the Police were called. No arrests were made at the scene.
