And Finally Big Band, an offshoot of the critically acclaimed ‘And Finally… Phil Collins’, will be performing at The Lights Saturday 5 September.
The original Big Band, which performed renditions of Phil Collins’ and Genesis’ songs in 1996 and 1998, will recreate a combination of the two shows using original arrangements. Performed by 20 world-class musicians, classics such as Sussudio, Two Hearts, In the Air Tonight and Invisible Touch, will all be given the Big Band treatment.
The original Phil Collins band released one album… ‘A Hot Night In Paris’, recorded in 1998 and released in 1999.
Producer and drummer Tim Harper has always wanted to create a traditional jazz swing orchestra in the style of Phil’s own big band. And this is it!
Guest vocalist Chris Lloyd, of Talon fame, joins the band for a cameo performance.
This is a unique not to be missed two-hour show. Tickets priced from £17 and show starts in the auditorium at 7.45pm.
