Phil Cockcroft has announced his retirement from the Southampton Arms and that the pub is on the market although it is business as usual.
His post on Facebook read:
It is with regret that I announce my retirement from the Southampton Arms, the pub is on the market . More details to follow on the website. We have no time frame and it’s still business as usual.
