Ocado has confirmed that its third warehouse will be located in Andover and, subject to planning permission, will be open in 2015.
The warehouse will be smaller than their existing ones at Hatfield in Hertfordshire and Dordon in North Warwickshire but will be for their exclusive use with work starting on the facility later this year.
Previously operated by Office Depot, the online grocer have recently submitted a planning application to convert the Frobisher owned Altitude 303 building on Walworth Business Park to a customer fulfilment centre.
The 186,000 square foot property was acquired by Frobisher Construction early 2014 and was forecast to give a major boost to the logistics market in Hampshire and central southern Britain.
