Hampshire Fire and Rescue were called out just before 3:00am this morning (Sunday 27th March 2016) after two men were reported as being on the roof of a building in Andover High Street.
Fire appliances attended from Andover, Basingstoke and Salisbury after the call was received at 2:48am.
One of the men was able to self rescue, whilst the second male was rescued by the Fire Service using the Aerial Ladder Platform.
The stop message was received at 4:04am.
