Lucy Burton will be running the 2014 London Marathon for the second year in a row for ‘Children with Cancer UK‘, and as part of her fundraising she is organising a Las Vegas themed night.
Planned for a Tuesday or Wednesday evening in March the venue will be the Pink Olive in Weyhill with entertainment from an Elvis singer, Roulette wheels and blackjack tables. There will also be a silent auction and a photographer / photo booth.
As part of the fundraising, Lucy is looking for anyone that could help sponsor the event.
“I will name a table after them and their company will be advertised at the event and on posters / tickets and they will get mentioned on the night and on radio and in the paper. I am also looking for anyone that may be interested in donating prizes for the Silent Auction” said Lucy.
During 2013 Lucy raised just over £4,000 for this amazing ‘Children with Cancer UK‘ and she is hoping to beat that total next year to help them in their fight against Cancer.
