We have had reports of a person being talked to by Police at the multi-storey car park in Andover. Paramedics are also on the scene.
Police at the scene have said they are talking to a young man although at present it is not know how old he is.
We will post updates to a hopefully successful resolution as they become available.

The Andover Advertiser have confirmed that the person was passed to the care of the South Central Ambulance Service for assessment (click here).
