Test Valley Borough Council is extending its garden waste collection service early bird offer until midnight on 21 April.
Anyone who signs up online before the deadline will pay just £25 for a year’s subscription, instead of the standard fee of £28.50. They will also be in with a chance of winning some great prizes! One lucky resident will receive £100 to spend at Andover Garden Centre and five runners-up will each receive one free garden waste subscription!

Due to the council’s offices being closed over the Easter bank holiday weekend, those wishing to sign up over the telephone will need to call before 5pm on Thursday 17 April to receive the early bird discount.
