Test Valley Borough Council have issued a Flood Information update this morning as there are a number of flood warnings in place across the Test Valley.

Test Valley Borough Council is currently working round the clock to meet the increased demand for sandbags due to the continuing severe weather. Sandbags are available free of charge to those at imminent risk of flooding.
Residents requiring sandbags should call the Council’s customer service team on 01264 368000 or 01794 527700.

Roads currently affected by flooding in Test Valley include:
Biddesden Bottom Road, Appleshaw – closed
Cocum road, Barton Stacey – closed
Winchester Road, Kings Somborne – closed
New lane, Kings Somborne – closed
Village Street, Chilbolton – passable with care
Barton Stacey: flooded, but residents have diverted the flow of water from the stream using sandbags across the road from the A30. Access blocked from this direction by the sandbags
Watery Lane, Shipton Bellinger – passable with care

Romsey Budds Lane: passable with care
