Channel 4’s Location Location Location’s Kirstie and Phil search took them across Hampshire and into Andover to find Jason and Sheila a home last night (Thursday 10th September).
The couple met over 20 years ago in Hampshire and after a spell in Norfolk were looking to move back into the area. They were staying temporarily in Kent and had been looking for 10 months.

With a budget of £310,000 they were looking for a property with a garden for the dogs and space for Jason’s drums – ideally detached so as not to annoy the neighbours!
The first property in Ludgershall was £15,000 under budget with 3 bedrooms and a separate garage however the downside was that it had more of a courtyard area than large grassy lawns.

Next on Kirstie’s list was “the Saxon market town of Andover” and a 3 bedroom semi-detached in an area that Sheila described as “maybe a little bit too quiet.”
The Andover property had a bigger garden than the Ludgershall one but needed “a bit of sprucing up” according to Kirstie but had potential. It was also £10,000 cheaper than the Ludgershall property at £285,000.
Finally it was a 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Kingsclere up for offer at £312,000 although expected to sell at £310,000. Despite the garden and location the couple still seemed to be fixed on the Ludgershall property.
A quick word with Claire at the estate agents from Kirstie – and going for the full asking price at £295,000 – the couple went for the Ludgershall property; ideal for Jason’s drums.
