Several drivers have been caught unawares as the Chantry Centre car park closed its gates at 5.00pm tonight.
The signage above the car park shows the normal hours for a Sunday and an extra A4 notice was put on the exit near the centre itself.
We have spoken to the Chantry centre and they have said someone will be down to unlock the gates at approximately 7.15pm – 7.20pm this evening.
