Can you help Hampshire Police find a missing 75-year-old vulnerable woman who went missing at 4.30pm today (Sept 2) near Andover?
We’re growing concerned for the welfare of Margaret Yandle, from Somerset, who is holidaying in Hampshire and spent the day fishing with her husband at Wherwell Lake, in Andover.
She left the lake alone in her car, a grey Peugeot 407 with registration number GP56 ZTT, at 4.30pm and was due to be returning to Roake Farm, Rookery Lane, Broughton, where they were staying.
She hasn’t arrived at Roake Farm.
It is understood that she was involved in a collision with a fence in Basingstoke at about 6.20pm and hasn’t been seen since.
She is described as:
- White woman
- 75-years-old
- 5ft 2inches tall
- small build
- grey hair
- she didn’t have a phone or any other personal belongings with her
Police are awaiting a photo of Margaret, however we’re sending out this appeal in case anyone recognises the car she was driving. A grey Peugeot 407, registration GP56 ZTT.
