People looking to burn those final few calories before a holiday or planning to kick-start a brand new fitness regime can join a free morning of classes at Andover Leisure Centre this Saturday, 11th July.
The Les Mills Launch event will give local people the chance to try four different world-renowned classes all in one day.
The BodyCombat, BodyBalance, BodyAttack and BodyStep classes are designed to be both fun and motivating. They are a social activity as well as a fitness session.
“Les Mills classes are not just a workout, they are fun and invigorating too. People who try them often get hooked very quickly. The taster sessions allow anyone – not just Valley Leisure members – the chance to lose those final pounds without spending one!” said Lucilia Holder, organiser of the event at the leisure centre.
The sessions start at 9am and finish at 1pm.
