Dragon Garden in Bridge Street Broken into Thursday / Friday Last Week
Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a restaurant in Andover.
The incident took place at some time between 11.30pm on Thursday, January 17 and 10.30am on Friday, January 18 at Dragon Garden, Bridge Street, Andover.
The offender/s forced entry at the rear of the restaurant and, once inside, took a safe, a money box and a till. The safe and the money box each contained £3000, and the till contained £100.
PC Ben Lee, said: “The offenders made off with more than £6000 in cash, as well as a black safe, a grey money box and a grey till.
“I am appealing to the community to help me identify those responsible. There is a large time gap in which this burglary could have happened so I am seeking to narrow down the time when the offence may have occurred. Did you see anything or anyone suspicious around the rear of the building between 11.30pm on Thursday and 10.30am on Friday? I would urge anyone with any information, no matter how small, to contact us at the earliest opportunity.”
