Local website agency Social You, have been working with Ordnance Survey to create and launch MapZone.
New start-up, Social You, have been working with national mapping agency Ordnance Survey to develop an online tool that helps teach children about mapping and geography.
MapZone is an engaging educational tool that supports the national curriculum. Designed for children aged 4 – 13 years, the site is fun, colourful, interactive but has education at its core. It includes a variety of interactive topics, games, quizzes, how to videos and animations.

Designed for use on a tablet, the site acts as a support tool for children, teachers and parents. It covers a range of geography-based topics, quizzes and games, helping children learn important mapping skills and teaching them about how Ordnance Survey data is used in our everyday lives.
The new website went live on Monday, along with the brand refresh for Ordnance Survey.
