Police are trying to trace a woman who may have witnessed an assault in the vicinity of the bridge near Andover Magistrates Court, on October 16.
The incident happened at about 1.30pm when a man allegedly assaulted a woman as she was walking towards the bridge.
It is believed that a woman cyclist, who was the other side of the bridge, may have witnessed the incident.
Police would like to specifically like to speak to this woman; however anyone with information is asked to contact DS Andrew Hawkins on 101
