Andover Police arrested a driver yesterday (Saturday 20th June) that was nearly five times over the drink drive limit.
Further investigation showed the driver also had no insurance or valid license so had their vehicle seized.
A spokesperson for Andover Police said “Andover officers have today arrested a driver who was nearly 5 times over the drink drive limit. We also seized his vehicle as he had no valid licence and no insurance.”
