Andover letting and estate agents Martin and Co have moved from their London Street address to their new home opposite the Post Office on Bridge Street in Andover.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was performed by the Andover Carnival Prince Lewis Blackwell, Princess Aimee Coombs and Attendant Melissa Mae Oril earlier today (Saturday 29th November) at the former Chantry China shop.
The Martin and Co team had been at their London Street address for 5 years when the property became available.
With the age of the property work was needed to get it ready and where possible, Carole insisted on using local trades and businesses.
“We love it” said Carole. “It’s given us more room to expand and gives us a lovely working environment for us and our clients“.
Cllr Iris Andersen was also pleased about the move. “It’s been a long hard struggle for them but Carole and her team have finally made it and it’s good to see a local business doing so well” she said.
The interior looks very smart whilst also being warm and inviting, however the talking point so far has been the wall map of Andover. The large print shows all the roads and areas in the town and is in a blue to match the corporate colour scheme.
