The Andover Town Centre Partnership (ATCP) have announced that Andover Framing have won the annual town centre Christmas window competition, with Gallaghers Florist being judged as Runner-Up.
The competition was part of a package of Town Centre Partnership activities designed to make Andover even more attractive to shoppers and visitors this Christmas and the entrants were all assessed by an independent panel of judges.
The winning entry involved the creation of a large-scale Advent Calendar which fills the shop window which changes every day and depicts various scenes and information relating to Andover.
As their prize, the winning business will be able to nominate the charity of their choice, to which the Town Centre Partnership will make a donation of £50.
Town Centre Manager, Chris Gregory, said “Our judges were asked to look for style, effort and overall impact and they considered that the Andover Framing display excelled in all three.”
“We would like to thank all businesses who entered the competition and all those who dressed their windows, helping make the town centre look fantastic this December“.
