An aerial photographer from Andover is hoping to see some of his footage shown on national TV tonight at 9.00pm on ITV1.
“School Swap – The Class Divide” is a new two-part documentary featuring a comprehensive headteacher and three pupils swapping with their private counterparts to find out if public schools give you a first-class advantage, and whether a state education really means second-rate.
Locals Richard Clarke and Dave Campbell were asked to shoot and produce a video for Warminster School. When ITV saw the footage, they were impressed and asked to use it for their TV program to save filming it themselves.
“I haven’t seen the programme but hopefully it will be a good view anyway” said Richard.
“Mind you, if the footage was rubbish… it wasn’t us!” he joked.
Richard’s company, Skyvid Aerial Productions, are fully licensed with BNUC-S certification and full CAA permission for aerial work.
“School Swap – The Class Divide” is scheduled to be broadcast at 9.00pm tonight (Tuesday 18th August) on ITV1.
