Work to improve journeys by resurfacing the A303 carriageway at Andover and Barton Stacey continues this week (Monday 17th August).
The eastbound carriageway will be closed between the A343 (Churchill Way/Hundred Acre) and A3093 (Picket Twenty) overnight, between 10pm and 6am, until Wednesday 19th August.
The same section of the westbound carriageway will then be closed overnight, between 10pm and 6am, from Thursday 20th August until Monday 21st September (Monday to Friday only).
A clearly signed diversion will be in place via the Andover ring road. Work is expected to be completed in September.
The £6 million scheme also includes replacement of a bridge joint will be taking place at a section between the A3093 Picket Twenty and Longparish junctions.
