Test Valley Borough Council have received a request to build 28 flats at the Anton Laundry site in Marlborough Street, Andover.
The proposal states:
28 apartments (comprising 14 no. 1 bed and 14 no. 2-bed units) with alterations to access, cycle and bin stores, car parking, landscaping and formation of riverside boardwalk.
The site encompasses the area of the former laundry buildings next to Behind The Bikeshed and the old Tannery.
