Cllr Hawke replied that planning permission was granted last year for a convenience shop and 2 hot food takeaway establishments and changes to the pedestrian crossing points as required by Highways have been agreed, so the development is now free to progress.

Emailed Cllr Hawke requesting what is being done to tidy the area up.

Planning & Building Service at TVBC advised that the agent will to speak with the owner of the site and advise someone to come and clear the vegetation and tidy it up. The agent will confirm when this will be done, but assuranced that it will be done imminently.
