I will be raising this issue along with a lack of presence of uniformed officers in the town. I am also greatly concerned that Andover Police station has been severely weakened and reduced to an office. As far as they are concerned, ” It is down to the community to show interest in their area/s, then we will show interest in them ”

Perhaps if Aster ( being the landlords ) got together with the local police and PCSOs, this type of irresponsible behaviour might be prevented by putting more patrols on the ground.
