There has been a distinctive lack of police officers seen in Andover (except the speed reduction vehicle) on foot patrol in the town or on mobile patrol. No doubt they’ll be using the 7.5 tonne lorry parked in a lay-by on the A303 again, to maximise the ticket count. get off the A303, get in the town. You’ll catch far more and you’ll be more appreciated…well by the law abiding folk.
