The delay has occurred because yet again too many agencies involved and no one wanted to take the lead. It turns out that a meeting was held on 22 May. However, the environment agency rep was on holiday and with no stand in, no progress. I spent three days getting to these simple facts. It underscores my belief that this town needs to reform it’s 3 council approach. Too many councilors and not enough control.
