I arrived Saturday morning and ordered a full English breakfast, the place was less than half full. It then became much busier and i witnessed people leaving as they had to wait so long. My breakfast eventually turned up after half an hour and I asked for a knife and fork. I was told that they were all on a unit against a wall behind me. I had to lean over someone who was eating his breakfast to get them. I started to eat my breakfast and found my beans, mushrooms and tomato were cold and my two eggs overcooked and hard. I left it as I couldn’t be bothered to wait for a replacement. I won’t be going back!
