Run over 5 weeks, you attend a 30 minute class for 3 days a week and, using plyometric and strength building exercises combined with interval training, you can increase your metabolism in the 30 minute sessions.
All moves are given low and high impact options, meaning you can work out safely to your own level – useful if you are unfit after all the Christmas and New Year excess. Class sizes are restricted to 10 to ensure everyone can work to their own ability.
