Shop with style at Bert and Gert’s artisan and vintage market when it comes to Andover High Street on Sunday, 10 August from 10am – 4pm.
This will be the last vintage market of this year, and it will be full of eclectic bits and bobs to tempt. From jewellery to homeware, sweets to sewing and everything in between, visitors might just bag a unique bargain!
Refreshments will also be available on the day from Esperanto Catering with some wonderful curries and tasty Asian snacks.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Ian Carr, said: “Bert and Gert’s came back to Andover by popular demand, for this, their second successful year in the town. They have added vibrancy and buzz to the High Street and we look forward to welcoming them back again next year.”
“Bert and Gert’s offer something a little bit different with a vintage flavour and artisan based goods which should appeal to residents and visitors alike. They are part of a packed programme of High Street events and markets which stretches across the whole of the year, providing something for all.”
Holding more events in the town was a key outcome of the Andover Summit. This year will see over 20 town centre events, encouraging greater numbers of people to visit Andover and enjoy the many and varied offerings.
