Tuesday 15th September 2015 marks the 75th anniversary of victory in Battle of Britain and the chance to see some of the aircraft that took part in it.
An estimated 40 Spitfires and Hurricanes and Blenheims from across the UK, USA and Europe will be at Goodwood Aerodrome, West Sussex, to take part in an historic flypast over the South of England.
One of those flypasts – White Section – will pass close to Andover and is set to leave Goodwood at midday today, travelling clockwise on their route.
The event brings together in one place more Battle of Britain aircraft than at any time since World War Two.
To see the route, go to www.battleofbritainday.co.uk/#!routes/c1px where you can also read more about the event and the other routes being flown.
Live information on the actual time that each Section departs will be posted on the Boultbee Flight Academy Twitter page throughout the day.
