Andover Carnival have announced their Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th August at the White Hart Hotel in Andover.
As well as the normal AGM reports, applications are invited from anyone wishing to become a committee member and local charities are invited to apply for donations.
Andover Carnival Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Andover Carnival Committee will be held at the White Hart Hotel, Andover on Wednesday 20th August 2014 from 7.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting will be to:
- Present Cheques to this year’s Carnival Beneficiaries
- Consider reports of the Committee Officers
- Invite applications for new Committee members.
If any other member of the Andover Carnival Committee or individual resident in Andover or the surrounding villages would like to stand for election to the Committee, would they please contact the Committee Chairman or Secretary via the Andover Carnival Website:
Nominations must be received by the Secretary by 4.00pm on Friday 15th August 2014.
The formal AGM will then be followed by an informal “questions from the floor” session and an invitation to local charities to apply for donations from the Andover Carnival fundraising activities in 2015.
